LawPlus Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Kowit Somwaiya, formerly the Managing Partner of a British law firm in Bangkok, and Prasantaya Bantadtan, who previously worked with him.
In 2013, the firm expanded to establish LawPlus Myanmar Ltd. to support clients investing in Myanmar.
