After graduated from Thammasat University since 1961, he worked as accounting manager for many years. With experience on his job to solve many problems include tax and accounting, he founded "Sangthammarat Accounting Partnership" on early 1976 for only accounting service. A few year later, he adopt the partnership to company limited with the new brand name P.S.Accounting on 1982 (P.S.Accounting is stand for Prateep Sangthammarat Accounting) and extend the scope of service to legal, audit and more. Now he is the chairman of P.S.Accounting Co.,Ltd. and he still working as consulting to several business.

Mr.Thongkoon (Tony) is a son of Mr.Prateep (founder partner), He start his career in 2001 after graduated master degree on major accounting from Thammasat university. He has got Certified Public Auditor license and ASEAN CPA license. He also a lecturer at university and some CPD institutes. ​ He has experience specialty on managerial and financial accounting, local and foreign tax planning and auditing with specialize on due diligence and corporate valuation. With almost 20 years experiences and now he is a partner of P.S.Accounting Co.,Ltd. for share his expertise to provide full service for clients. ​

Mr.Worrakit Pholsawad is a certified accountant in Thailand. With over 25 years experiences, he focus on accounting, tax consulting and legal business planning and registrations. Mr.Worrakit is also the founding partner of his legal firm since 1997 where he serves domestic and foreign clients in various capacities which is focused on providing accounting, tax compliance and legal services to foreign companies in Thailand. He has join in P.S.Accounting Co.,Ltd. as a Partner to share his expertise to provide full service for clients.
